The setting takes place, just a little after the ball for 2000 drops. It's set in a gothic/punk Genre. The gothic explaining tall buioldings, gargouls on them, while the punk side describes society. it's basicly the same as it is now. All bands now are popular, except their louder. Everything usual is popular. Punk style is mostly in, and everything is se within "The world of Darkness".

    You are but a normal human being, just thrusted into a world he never knew, for no entire reason at all! You would act the way a normal human would, scared at his society now that the wool has been removed from the eyes. The ideal way to role-play this world would be "What would *I* do in this situation, because, that' the way it should be. Your characters are mortal and can die, they are not "supermen". If you are struck with a bullet, then you would fall in pain, if you are scraped across the back, you feel agony. If you die...you are dead.
